RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGE POLICY
We do not accept returns or exchanges of our Happier Every Chapter subscription boxes.
Where the order is for a non-subscription product, you can return a product for a full refund up to 14 days after purchase. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be undamaged and in the same condition that you received it.
If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To return your product please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order details and reason for return.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping cots for returning your item. We do not refund the original shipping cost you paid on the order.
Once your return is received and inspected we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of the refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If this is the case please contact us at email@example.com and we will help you from there.
