Re-opening of Hunsbury Library Children's Section

On the 29th October, Kirsten and Aiyven Mbawa reopened the children's section in Hunsbury Library, which is one of a number of libraries managed by Northamptonshire County Council.

After taking a close throughout lockdown, the children's section in Hunsbury Library has moved around and been redecorated. We (Kirsten and Aiyven) had the pleasure of cutting the ribbon!

After cutting the ribbon, we entered the area and located our very own books on the shelves! That's right, Hunsbury Library stocked our books.

We sat down for some refreshments and had a chat with a few of the employees about our writing journey and Happier Every Chapter, our book subscription box for tweens. By the time you're reading this our reopening will probably be in the Chronicle and Echo!

The children's section is brilliantly done, here a few pictures.

Above is a picture of our books that we located on the shelves. They've several copies of our books, so a massive thank you once again!

Thank you so much Hunsbury Library for posting about us!

This experience was so incredible, a massive thank you to Hunsbury Library for inviting us to this spectacular event, we enjoyed this so much!

Thanks for reading, stay reading.

Bye!
