A corporate book donation can be much more than a box of books. When Barclaycard partnered with Happier Every Chapter to donate 100 carefully curated, inclusive books to each of three Northampton schools, the initiative was designed around each school's specific literacy needs. From supporting reading fluency and diverse learners to enriching curriculum delivery and creating more opportunities for reading for pleasure, the 300-book donation is helping schools strengthen their reading cultures and give more children access to books in which they can see themselves.
